Abstract: With the progress in globalization of economy，China is witnessing a fueled-up development of her economy．However，the environmental pollution and deterioration of environment have already overrun her endurance，and the strengthening on regional environmental cooperation has turned into a must-to-do work for realizing China’s sustainable growth．
