Abstract

Abstract: Subjective scope of Res Judicata is very important in the effectiveness of Judgment, It can be understoodfrom the three levels：the relativity of Res Judicata; the real validity of Res Judicata effect; the subjective expan-sion of Res Judicata. A series of means is used to discuss basic theory and issues, analyze the special circum-stances and controversial issues of judicial practice, raise lots of specific ideas on building and perfecting subjec-tive scope of Res Judicata in paper.
