摘要： 本文概述了近年来国际投资协定的发展及特点，讨论了中国新一代投资协定的变化，并进而分析了国际投资协定实践对中国的影响。本文认为，中国今后应进一步完善投资保护协定的规定，在给投资者提供保护的同时，也为国家为公共利益进行管理提供法律空间。

Abstract: This article examines the characteristics of recent development of international investment agreements，discusses the changes appeared in new generation of bilateral investment．agreements concluded by China，and analyses the implication of the practice of international investment agreements on China．It suggests that China should further improve the rules of its international investment agreements so as to maintain legal space to regulate economic activities for public interests while providing protection to foreign investors．
