摘要： 党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》确立了新一轮土地制度改革的基调。因此，建立统一的建设用地市场、赋予农民更多财产权利、构建新型农业经营体系等均广受关注。土地制度改革是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的组成部分之一，如何在法治国家建设的背景下重塑我国土地相关法制，应为法学研究的一项重要任务。本期约请关注土地制度的三位学者，就其中的若干重要制度展开讨论。

Abstract: The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms was adopted at the close of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, establishing the keynote of the new round of land system reform. At present, it has attracted serious attention that a unified construction land market should be established, more property rights should be given to farmers, and a new type of agricultural management system should be built.
