摘要： 信息时代，信息传播技术的发展使得信息通过电信、因特网“无边界”传播，为人类言论表达自由、经济、文化信息的交流提供了广阔的发展空间。而信息的“无边界”的传播是以通信自由基本人权的实现为基础的。今天研究通信自由的宪法保护，有着重要的现实价值。

Abstract: In the information time， the development of the information transferring technique have been making much more room for exchange of economic and cultural information and freedom of speech by internet “endless” function． The transformation of information through“endless”should be based on protecting fundamental right of freedom of communication． It is significant to research the issue of constitution protecting freedom of communication in China now．
