摘要： 继新一届中央领导集体上任不久提出构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大设想之后，中央十六届六中全会就构建和谐社会问题又专门作出了《关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》。这一决定的诸多内容涉及法治与和谐社会的关系问题。中国人民大学法学院胡锦光教授主持了2005年度国家社会科学基金重大项目《和谐社会运行中的法治保障体系研究》，本刊特约请他和刘飞宇副教授就法治与和谐社会的基本关系发表他们的见解。

Abstract: Following the new Generation of the Communist Party’s Collective leadership raising the marvelous plan of building Socialist Harmonious Society，the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC Central Committee further made the<Decisions to Some Important Issues about Building Socialist Harmonious Society>especially．Lots of content of the<Decisions>involves the relationship of nomocracy and Harmonious Society．We hereby invite Professor Hu Jinguang，from Law College of Renmin University of China，who is taking charge of an important project of 2005’s National Sociology Funds，<Research of The Nomcracy Endurance System to the Running of Harmonious Society>，and associate professor Liu Feiyu，to share their opinion about the basic relationship of nomochracy and harmonious society．
