摘要： 中国共产党自成立之日起，就以保障中国人民的基本权利为己任，并为此进行了不懈地努力与斗争。它反对日本帝国主义的侵略，提出民族的生存权是中国的首要人权；它反对国民党的专制统治，主张保障人民参政权、劳动权与受教育权等基本的权利和自由，为了实现真正的男女平等，中共特别关注妇女的人权保障。为了建立一个独立、自由、民主的新中国，中共领导工人罢工、学生罢学、商人罢市的运动，反对国民党当局的独裁、卖国行为；联合国民党组成抗日民族统一战线，抗击日本帝国主义的侵略；建立革命根据地，推行民主宪政，积极地实践人权，为我国人权事业的发展作出了巨大贡献。

Abstract: The Chinese Communist Party takes the protection of the hunch rights to his role at the very begin-ning of his existence，and makes great efforts and contends．CCP tights against the aggression of Japanese imperialismn，thus puts forword the national existence is the first human right．He opposes Kuomintang’s czarism，and claims that we must protect the right of the suffrage，the right of the work and the right of the education．CCP take especially attention to the women’S right in order to achieve feminism．CCP lead the strike of the woker，the student and the businessman，combline Kuomintang to form a unification to oppugn the imperialismn，and set up the citadel to push the democracy．CCP contribute great efforts to our human right．
