摘要： 社会主义市场经济体制是经济立法的正确的体制条件，在此基础之上我国经济立法成绩显著，并积累了丰富的经验。价格机制是市场经济体制发挥配置资源作用的核心机制，从价值规律到价格机制、再到价格法律机制，是价格立法的科学路径。价格法律制度具体由价格形成制度、价格运行制度、价格监管制度、价格调控制度四个部分构成，并作为我国社会主义市场经济体制运行过程中的重要内容，而发挥着重要的作用。

Abstract: The socialistically market’s economical system is the correct systemically condition on the economical legislation．In the based we have achieved remarkable success and have accumulated a wealth of experience on the economical legislation．The mechanism of the price is a nucleus mechanism that the market’s economical system allocate natural resources．It is the scientific route of the legislation of the price，from the value law to the mechanism of theprice，and to the legal mechanism of the price．The price’S legal system is the components of the forming mechanism of the price，the operating mechanism of the price，the supervising mechanism of the price，and the regulating mechanism of the price．The legal system of the price plays the cardinal role as the important content in the movement of our socialistically market’S economical system．
