摘要： 公平原则是法律正义价值的根本体现和一般法律的基本原则。公平原则是随着历史条件的变化和社会的发展，不断丰富自己的内涵。我们今天所要建立的社会主义和谐社会，其法律的公平原则包括四个方面的含义：平等原则（形式公平原则）；公平竞争原则；社会公平原则；环境公平原则。实现社会主义和谐社会的公平原则，主要依靠法律机制，发挥法治的整体功能和作用。在我国现阶段，法治的应当突显环节是社会公平原则和环境公平原则。

Abstract: Principle of fairness is the fundamental symbol of fairness value of law and the basic principles of law．Principle of Fairness is being enriched according to the developing of historical conditions and society．The legal principles of fairness of the Socialist Harmonious Society，for whom we ale marching nowadays，includes four aspects：principle of equality（equal formally），principle of fair competition，principle of social fairness and principle of enviromental fairness．Legal machanism and whole functioning of rule of law plays a key role in achieving the principle of fairness of the Socialist Harmonious Society．In our present social phrase，the aspects of the principal contradiction of rule of law is the principle of social fairness and principle of environmental fairness．
