Abstract: The paper makes a persuasive study on the judgment of mental disorder offenders’criminal responsibility based on integration of criminal jurisprudence and forensic psychiatry ．It analyses the nature and position of men-tal disorder offenders’ criminal responsibility and conducts detailed discussions on the standards for judgment of mental disorder offenders’ criminal responsibility in China and abroad．Then, it makes in-depth analyses of the psychiatric expertise and legal judgment from the perspective of theories of criminal procedural laws and legisla-tions.
