摘要： “经济国家”是指国家受经济属性的嵌入与公私融合的驱动，超越单纯的政治主权组织而成为经济、社会发展的内生因素与主导力量，在促进经济、社会发展的同时亦引发自身的组织及行为变革。于实践而言，经济国家的发轫与勃兴乃是中国经济和社会成功转轨的根本所在，中国经济法的成长也正是得益于契合了经济国家对法律调整的需求。于经济法学理论而言，经济国家的提出代表着一种以经济与社会实践为根本、以增强经济法学理论解释力为核心的“实践性总论研究进路”。

Abstract: The “econominized state” refers to that with the development of its economic function and its steering by theharmonization between public and private interests, the government has been connected with the market deeply,and become the inner factor, which promotes the society and economy while adjusting the government's organiza-tion and action. As to the practice, the starting and flourishing of the “econominized state” is the essence whichproduces the successful transition of the economy and society in China; while the development of the Chinese eco-nomic law also benefits from meeting with the demand from adjusting with the “econominized state”．As to thetheory, the concept of “econominized state” represents a new “practical research method on the basic theory of e-conomic law' which sets the economic and social practice as the base and sets strengthening the economic law sci-ence's explaining power as its essence．
