摘要: 现行《中华人民共和国食品安全法》(简称《食品安全法》)正筹备修改中。该法的修订,涉及民生和社会主义市场经济秩序的完善。如何修改才能使这部法律更加符合中国社会实际,更能以法治思维治理食品安全,更有效地保障食品安全,是一个值得探讨的课题。上期已就此刊载了一组探讨文章,本期接续进行讨论。

Abstract: In view of the severe food safety situation and the incompatibility problem of Food Safety Law and social development, China’s government is amending this statute. How can the amendment fit for the reality of Chinese society, deal the food safety problem under rule of law and secure Chinese food safety, is a very worthy topic. Jurist will publish series papers about amending the Food Safety Law of China in this and next issues,whose authors are famous scholar or practitioners.
