摘要: 2014年11月7日,以“转基因与食品安全治理”为主题的第二届亚太食品安全治理圆桌会议在中国人民大学法学院召开。本专题从参会论文中选取三篇,内容涉及转基因食品强制标识、转基因种子专利保护、日本转基因食品安全管理法制等。继本刊2013年第6期和2014年第1期连续以专题形式讨论“《食品安全法》修改”,获得各界广泛关注,本期再聚焦“转基因食品安全法制”专题,供读者参考。

Abstract: “The 2nd Round Table Gonference on Asia-Pacific Food Safety Governance” was held in Law School of Renmin University of China on Nov.7th,2014, focusing on“Genetically Modified Food and Safety Governance”. Jurist selects 3 papers from this Conference, whose authors from China and Japan, concerning the mandatory labeling of GM food, patent protection on GM seed, etc.
