摘要： 马克思主义法律发展理论的诞生,是文明社会法律发展思想演进过程中的伟大革命。习近平法治思想创造性地阐述和运用马克思主义法律发展理论,坚持同中国具体法治国情实际相结合、同中华优秀传统法律文化相结合,建构了既体现世界法治现代化一般定则、又具有鲜明中国特质的法治现代化理论,深入研究了法治在现代化进程中的战略地位以及中国式法治现代化的国情基础、推进方式、价值准则等一系列重大理论和实践问题,对世界法治现代化进程贡献了中国智慧,为马克思主义法律发展理论在21世纪的发展作出了原创性理论贡献。

Abstract: The birth of the Marxist theory of legal development is a great revolution in the process of the evolution of legal development ideology in civilized society.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law creatively expounds and applies the Marxist theory of legal development, adheres to the integration with the actual conditions of China's specific rule of law and the combination with China's excellent traditional legal culture, constructs a rule of law modernization theory that not only embodies the general rules of the modernization of the rule of law in the world, but also has distinct Chinese characteristics, and deeply studies a series of major theoretical and practical issues such as the strategic position of the rule of law in the process of modernization and the national conditions, promotion methods, and value guidelines for the modernization of the Rule of Law in China.It has contributed Chinese wisdom to the modernization process of the rule of law in the world and made original contributions to the development of Marxist legal development theory in the 21st century.
