摘要： 加快法学学科推陈出新、迭代更新、交叉创新的步伐,构建中国特色、世界一流的法学学科体系,是当代中国法学学科发展的时代主题。这具体包括,坚持以习近平法治思想统领法学学科建设,与时俱进推进法学基础学科转型升级,立足中国法治实践发展法学新兴学科,顺应新一轮科技革命推进法学交叉学科建设,坚持胸怀天下推进涉外法学学科建设,坚持不忘本来,扶持法学冷门学科发展。随着法学学科疆域的大规模扩展和改写,新时代法学学科体系应划分为法学理论学科群、法律史学科群、部门法学科群、法治运行学科群、国别法与比较法学科群、国际法学科群、党内法规学科群、法学交叉学科群等8个学科群。

Abstract: It is the theme of the times for the development of the legal disciplines in contemporary China to accelerate the pace of bringing forth the new through getting rid of the obsolete, iterative updating and cross-innovation and build a world-class legal discipline system with Chinese characteristics.We should adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law to guide the construction of the disciplines of law, advance the transformation and upgrading of the fundamental disciplines of law with the times, develop the emerging disciplines of law based on the practice of the rule of law in China, promote the interdisciplinary disciplines of law to adjust to the new round of scientific and technological revolution, develop the foreign-related disciplines of law with global vision, and support the unpopular disciplines of law without forgetting the history.With the large-scale expansion and rewriting of legal disciplines, the legal discipline system in the new era should be divided into eight discipline groups, including legal theory discipline group, legal history discipline group, department law discipline group, rule of law operation discipline group, national law and comparative law discipline group, international law discipline group, intra-party regulation discipline group, and law interdisciplinary discipline group.
