摘要： 个体生态环境权是指个体以适当的方式从生态环境中满足基本生活需要，以及享受适宜健康并保护生态环境的权利。其类型可以分为良好生态环境权、环境资源利用权、生态环境知情权、生态环境参与权、生态环境损害请求权等五个方面。

Abstract: Individual eco—environmental rights refer to the rights in which individuals could receive fundamental needs in a suitable way and enjoy comfortable envlmnment and protect the environment．The basic legal content could be interpreted as to good eco—environmental rights，eco—environmental utilizing rights，environmental acquainting rights，eco—environinental participating rights and eco—environmental damages—acquiring rights．
