摘要： 纷繁复杂、波澜起伏的当代美国法律思想是比较法学者眼中永恒的风景。透过诸般学术现象发现、总结其基本线索和演进规律，并以此作为研究全球化背景下中国法治发展的重要参照系，更是西方法学思想史研究的主要课题。本文借助于既有的法学论文（著作）的“引证率”排行榜，对美国当代最重要的法学论文、著作和教材进行内容上的权重分析，揭示了法律思想发展和法律运行的状况，进而对当代美国法律思想的演进谱系加以总结，并提出若干研究结论。

Abstract: The contemporary American legal thoughts aye very complicated and change constantly．It alwayswas regard as the etemal landscape by the comparative law scholar，and the main project of the history of western legalthoughts research，that means through all sorts of academic phenomenon to found and summarized that the basic clues andevolution discipline of the contemporary American legal thoughts，and act it as a important frame of reference of the de—velopment of the rule of law in China under globalization．In this paper，the author firstly give a value weight to the con—tents by using the“cited rate”list of the contemporary American law review articles，law book and law textbook，secondlyelucidate the development of legal thoughts and law action，thirdly summarize the pedigree evolution of the contemporaryAmerican legal thoughts，and then reached some valuable conclusion．
