摘要： 日落复审是反倾销行政复审程序的一种，有别于情势变更复审和新出口商复审，同时也有别于原始反倾销调查程序。欧美早已建立完备的日落复审制度，WTO《反倾销协定》确立了日落复审程序的基本要求，现有争端解决案例丰富了日落复审的多边规则。作为一个贸易大国和WTO成员方，中国应当通过总结和借鉴，建立自己的日落复审程序，籍以进一步完善中国对外贸易法中的反倾销制度，并有效地应对外国的日落复审。

Abstract: With increasing attention paid to the sunset review rule in the global business environment．ourcountry should summarize the past experiences and learn the mature legislation from USA and EU to establish the applica—ble operation rules of sunset review procedures and direct antidumping opemtious．The study of this paper is related to thesunset review procedures of USA，EU and WTO．The paper also proposes some suggestions in order to establish China’s Sunset review system．
