摘要： 本文运用语义学和语用学知识分析了法律科学中的“解释”和“诠释”概念。文章认为：法律只能被解释而不能被诠释；在法律科学中，“解释”是法律方法，“诠释”是法学方法；“解释”是语义域概念，“诠释”是语用域概念；“解释”是客观性范畴，“诠释”是主观性范畴

Abstract: The author analyses the interpretation and the hermenutics in the legal science applying the knowledge of semantics and pragmatics in this article．The author thinks the laws can be interpreted and can’t be hermennutical．In the legal science，interpretation is a legal method and hermenutics is a method of law．Interpretation is a concept of semantical category and hermenutics is of pragmatical category．Interpretation is a category of objectivity and hermenutics is of subjectivity．
