Abstract: The compulsory norms play a great role in the civil law but to which not attached relevant importance. The disserta-tion gives a general analysis of compulsory norms in civil law in the light of the link of public law and private law. The dissertation aims to expound the internal and external nouns of the civil law, in the hope that the study can make someuse for reference on the civil law code making and legal practice of civil legal norms and enrich the normative theories .The dissertation brings about some new theories about the compulsory norms with the character of the public law and soon.
