摘要： 本文通过对民事复审程序概念的研究，以及两大法系主要国家民事复审程序类型的回顾，探究了相关国家对民事复审程序予以分层的机理及其主要目标，分析了相关国家民事复审程序的困境和改革努力，提出了完善我国复审制度的建议。

Abstract: The article firstly explores the concept of civil review procedure (CRP) and reviews the main categories oftwo major legal systems in the world. Then it discusses the layering reasoning and main purposes of CRP in related countries, and analyses the plight of CRP and reform efforts in these countries. The article finally proposessome suggestions to perfect the CRP in our country.
