摘要： 中国是一个有着宗教传统的国家，宗教思想对中国古代法律制度的形成产生了不可忽略的影响。本文着重从中国远古时代“神权法”的产生、宗法制传统宗教的“孝”和礼仪、宗教思想对中国古代法律制度指导思想的渗透和影响、宗教观念在具体司法制度中的体现这四个方面阐述了中国古代宗教与法律制度之间的关系。

Abstract: China is a country which has religious custom．The thought of religion has great effect on the formation of law in ancient China．The relationship between religion and law system in ancient China is analyzed from the generation of law of deity right in ancien！China，filial piety and etiquette in traditional religion，the penetration and effect of religious thought to the instruction of law system in ancient China and the embody of religious opinion in judicial system．
