摘要： 近代西方进入法治社会在于发端于中世纪中后期的3R运动，[1]尤其是伟大的文艺复兴运动的必要铺垫，再经资产阶级启蒙思想家们对资产阶级革命理论的长期普世性宣传，并在形成了系统理论的基础土借助了经济伟大变革而形成的市民社会的力量在工业革命推动的前提下以社会更替的方式完成了向法治社会的革命性转型。

Abstract: The origination of the modern west society ruled of law began at The 3R Movement in the late period of the Middle Ages．Especially based under the great Rainassance and the long propaganda done by bourgois enlighteners to bourgois revolutionary thoeries，under the help of force of the civil society formed by thesystematic theory with great economic transformation，The West fufiled the revolutionary transition to the society governed by law with the way of social interchange thanks to the premise of the push Of industrial revolution．
