摘要: 鉴于我国食品安全面临的严峻形势及现行《中华人民共和国食品安全法》(简称《食品安全法》)的不适应性,《食品安全法》正筹备修改中。修法涉及每一个人的生命和健康,因而引起社会各界关注。如何修改这部法律使之更加符合中国社会实际,更能以法治思维治理食品安全,更有效地保障食品安全,是一个值得探讨的课题。本刊分两期刊登在这一领域卓有研究的学者和实务工作者的探讨文章。
Abstract: In view of the severe food safety situation and theincompatibility problem of Food Safety Law and social development, Chinese government is amending this statute. How can the amendment fit for the reality of Chinese society, to deal the food safety problem under rule of law, and to secure Chinese food safety,is a very worthy topic. Jurist will publish series papers about amending the Food Safety Law of China in this and next issues, whose authors are famous scholar or practitioner.
