摘要： 值此中国共产党建党90周年之际，总结我国刑法立法的历史发展轨迹，透视我们党在新中国刑法典的孕育与发展过程中的作用，对于社会主义刑事法治建设事业具有重要意义。在党领导中国新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设的各个阶段，党通过制定各种政策引导刑法立法。回首我国刑法立法演进的风雨历程，尽管曲折，但成绩斐然，并且朝着不断完善的方向发展。这些成就的取得，与立法机关在立法过程中贯彻党的政策，坚持党的正确领导密不可分。

Abstract: To celebrate the 90th anniversary of CCP, it is very important to track down the historical route of the legis-lation of criminal law of China, and at once reflect the role of CCP in the process of the birth and development ofcriminal code of new China. At every stage of the new-democratic revolution, socialist revolution and construc-tion, our party provided the relevant polices to guide the criminal legislation. Looking back the hard process ofthe criminal legislation, it has realized a great achievement and embarked upon a right track. Such achievementcannot be made without the right leadership of CCP and the implementation of the policy of the party by legislativeorgan
